Shipping policy

When placing an order with DIAAKLOSET, you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions. Thank you for shopping with DIAAKLOSET. Your business is appreciated.

• Order Processing:  Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process before shipping.
• Shipping:  Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. DIAA KLOSET is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.
• Cancellations:  Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed.
  
• Lost Packages:  DIAA KLOSET is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
• Pre-orders:  Processing time will take approximately 1-4 weeks to process before shipment.

PLEASE MAKE NOTE that this shipment time excludes weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will begin to process on the following business day (Monday). DIAA KLOSET is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If tracking is stating "delivered" but you have not received your item, please contact your carrier and file a claim.
